to keep or not to keep

We understand things aren’t always to everyone’s liking. The size might be wrong, you were gifted two (you lucky thing) or maybe the colour clashed with your footwear. Whatever the reason, you’ve got 14 days to let us know. And multiple ways to get it back to us…

14 day return policy

Not 100% happy with your item? That’s OK. Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving the item that you’ll be returning it to us in an ‘as new’ condition.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists within 5 days, so please do return it unridden, with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.

When approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with. And that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

Our 14 day return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

14 day returns

returning by our courier

To start a return by our courier, you need to contact us via our email address: info@milkelectric.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email and hit send within 14 days of you receiving your product. We’ll send you a shipping label via email to be printed and attached to the original box which can then be dropped off at your local post office for collection by courier. Please note there will be a charge of £20 for electric scooters and £5 for accessories. The goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition with all components included in their original box and packaging. And don’t forget to include a copy of your name and order number in the box for a smooth refund. Once your refund has been approved by a Milk Electric technician, we will ask for your confirmation that you accept the terms of the refund. We will then refund the agreed monetary value to your original payment method within 14 days. Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with.

returning by post

To start a return by post, you’ll need to contact us via our email address: info@milkelectric.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email and hit send within 14 days of you receiving your product. If you choose to return by post, you'll need to cover the cost of postage. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. Milk Electric cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during posting, therefore we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. The goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition with all components included in their original box and packaging. And don’t forget to include a copy of your name and order number in the box for a smooth refund. Once your refund has been approved by a Milk Electric technician, we will ask for your confirmation that you accept the terms of the refund. We will then refund the agreed monetary value to your original payment method within 14 days. free returns to any store

To start a return in store, you’ll need to contact us via our email address: info@milkelectric.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email and hit send within 14 days of you receiving your product. You can easily return items back to any of our stores free of charge. The goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition with all components included in their original box and packaging taken at time of purchase. And don’t forget to include a copy of your name and order number in the box or bag for a smooth refund. Once your refund has been approved by a Milk Electric technician, we will ask for your confirmation that you accept the terms of the refund. We will then refund the agreed monetary value to your original payment method within 14 days. Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with.

If you change your mind and no longer want an item that you have purchased and we have delivered, you have the right to return those Goods within 14 days from receipt of the Goods and receive a refund. 

Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your Order), which is when the Contract between us is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the Contract is 14 days after you receive the goods.

To cancel or amend a Contract with Milk Electric, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact the Milk Electric Customer Services Team, by phone, email or letter sent by post or using the online form on our Website. Please include details of your Order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.

If you cancel your Contract with Milk Electric, Milk Electric will refund you the price you paid for the Goods. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
